What does pe system mean?

The PE system of the USB flash drive is generally installed in a separate partition in the USB flash drive and hidden after installation.

Use software such as UltraISO! When you use UltraISO to open the USB disk partition, you can see the boot partition! There will be startup files and winPE files in it.
